LMHC, LPC, Qualified Clinical Supervisor
Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin Qualified Clinical Supervisor.
I've spent over a decade doing work I genuinely love—helping individuals, couples, and families move toward healing, health, and lasting change. As Co-Owner of Wellspring Counseling & Wellness, I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, adult individuals, and couples, while also serving as a clinical supervisor for developing therapists. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. A native Floridian, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and my Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, graduating at the top of my class. Since 2015, I have worked in private practice as a therapist, a clinical supervisor, and site supervisor, and have also taught Psychology at the collegiate level.
I am a highly relational and integrative therapist who draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I work hard to create a space where clients feel both fully accepted and appropriately challenged—because both are necessary for real growth.
My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, self-esteem issues, and family dynamics. I am especially passionate about walking with teenagers and young adults through pivotal seasons of identity and direction, as well as helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships.
My faith is central to both my life and my work. I believe true healing involves not only emotional, physical, and relational growth, but also spiritual alignment. When invited, I thoughtfully integrate a biblical perspective into the counseling process, helping clients experience both the grace and truth of God in practical, life-giving ways. If you are a follower of Jesus, you can be sure that the Holy Spirit will be a part of your sessions.
I also deeply value the opportunity to counsel couples alongside my husband, Sam. There is something uniquely powerful about a husband and wife sitting across from a couple together—we've navigated our own relationship, done our own hard work, and we bring that lived understanding into the room. It offers couples something a single therapist simply can't: a shared perspective from both sides of the dynamic.
At my core, I am committed to creating a warm and safe environment where clients can address root issues, experience genuine healing, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband and our three children, exploring nature, reading a good novel, learning about nutrition, and baking.
