Is therapy for me?

Whatever brought you here, just know there's hope.

Do you feel overwhelmed and stuck? Weighed down by life, and unsure how to take the next step? Do you recognize that things aren't what they should be but feel lost on what to do about it?

Maybe you know you have unresolved feelings and experiences but feel scared to address it—like once you open that door, you won't know how to close it again.

Or maybe you recognize that your emotions are controlling you more than you are controlling them, and it's starting to affect your relationships.

Maybe you're exhausted from the back-and-forth within your own mind and just want to find peace.

Whatever brought you here, chances are, if you're reading this page, it means that you're looking for support. And that takes courage.

My approach

Get to the root, not just manage symptoms.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to get to the root of what's really going on—not just manage symptoms, but understand what's been keeping them stuck and start moving toward something better. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded. I genuinely love this work, and I believe that feeling truly seen and understood is where real change begins. So that's where we start.

I draw from a range of proven, research-backed approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices—and tailor them to what you actually need. Everything I do is integrated through a biblical understanding of who we are: that healing is possible, that you are worth fighting for, and that lasting change is always within reach.

What to expect

A simple, unhurried first step.

Getting started is simple. Just reach out by phone or email to schedule your intake session—this is where we begin getting to know your story. What's been weighing on you. What you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in the door.

From there, I'll build a treatment plan around your specific goals and what matters most to you. My aim is to help you get clear on what a full, wholehearted life actually looks like for you—and then walk alongside you as you take real steps toward it. Along the way, you'll gain practical tools that are built to last, not just get you through the week.

In our ongoing sessions, we'll move forward one step at a time—identifying the patterns, obstacles, and stories you've come to believe about yourself that may have been holding you back, and replacing them with healthier, more life-giving ways of thinking and living. I'll encourage you in self-compassion, and I'll also challenge you and hold you accountable to the growth you came here for. Both matter.

Our work together looks at the whole person—mental and emotional health, relationships, spiritual life, and physical well-being—because none of those exist in isolation.

I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions and committing to at least 6 to 8 of them, just to build real momentum and give the work room to take root. As progress is made and things begin to shift, we'll gradually space out support, moving from active work into something more like maintenance. The goal has never been a permanent appointment. It's helping you build the kind of life and inner foundation that you can sustain and keep growing from, long after our work is done.

Fees for services

Self-pay practice. We submit out-of-network claims for you.

Individual sessions $170
Couples & family $190

Wellspring is a self-pay practice. We are out of network with insurance providers, meaning payment is due at the time of service. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits that may allow for partial reimbursement, and as a courtesy we automatically submit claims on your behalf through our electronic health records system.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first session to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits. We're currently credentialing with Florida Blue, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare, and hope to be in-network in the near future.
